Snakebite victims successfully treated in Bajali Civil Hospital

A serious snakebite case was successfully treated by the doctors at Shahid Madan Rawta Civil Hospital in Pathsala, Bajali district.

The patient identified as 24-Year-Old Jumi Kalita, aged 24, from Amda village in Bajali was brought to the hospital after bitten by a venomous snake that was hiding in a chicken coop. The patient was in serious condition.

The doctors gave the patient antivenom medicine and carefully watched their condition. Because of the fast and proper treatment, the patient got better and fully recovered. The patient’s family and the hospital staff were very happy.

The medical team said this success gave them more energy and hope to keep working hard for the people. “We are glad the patient is fine now,” said one of the doctors.
