In a great piece of news for students of Assam, the historic Bajali college of Pathsala in Barpeta district, located in the heart of Pathsala town, one of the premier higher educational institution of Assam, is upgraded as Bhattadev University.
This institute was established in 1955 and since its inception, this college has fueled and empowered many lives. This college has brought glory to the area innumerable times.
Dr Birinchi Kumar Das officially joined “the university” today. The college premises have turned to a festive mood, with Dr Das being warmly welcomed by eminent persons and institutes of the area.
The college’s GB President Sampurnananda Talukdar, Patacharkuchi’s MLA Pabindra Deka, College Principal Dr Chandana Sarma were present in the meeting along with
other eminent personalities.
Dr Das delivered a speech regarding the aim and objectives in the form of a vision document for Bhattadev University
