Call drops, no sufficient celullar network, unclear voice, slower internet, are some of the problems being faced by Airtel users in Bajali area.
The people have urged the authorities concerned to take necessary steps to repair the poor mobile towers and improve the mobile connectivity which has become an integral part of one’s life.
Customers are complaining that they buy recharges, net packs with heavy amount, but they didn’t get proper service. They are looting people in the name of 4G.
A customer said, ”I tried to change my SIM. But I failed to port my number to an another network provider. People can’t connect a person due to unclear voice in Pathsala near Sankar Dev Siahu Nikatan, Pathsala.”
